Withdrawal Cards

If you find that you are not working under Teamsters Local No. 313 jurisdiction because of lack of work, change of jobs, or state industrial injury, please consider taking a withdrawal card.

A withdrawal card simply puts you on an inactive status with the local and allows you to waive dues during months you are not working as a member in our jurisdiction.

If you do not take a withdrawal card, your dues continue to accrue and when you become ninety (90) days delinquent you will go suspended according to local 313 bylaws and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Constitution.

If you do not want to become an inactive member of the local but are between jobs, you may opt to pay your dues for six months after leaving the craft.
